Extending a Hand of Hope is the mission’s arm of Pastor Cynthia Dumas and our goal is simply to help as many hurting people as we possibly can, to alleviate human suffering and to help Christians grow in their faith.

The "Heart Behind What We Do" is aimed behind having the "Heart Beat of God" as we grow to reach the masses and share hope, love, and peace that is available to all. Regardless of what you may be facing, you must know that in God there is rest and God has the power to restore marriages, families and finances and all that you may have need for.

We are about equipping all believers for “GREAT WORKS” We have witness great miracle healing in the house of Victory Ministry when we can testify to many healings.  We have experienced the miracle power of God right here at Victory Ministry we are able to walk in the Supernatural Power of healing because God says Greater work we will do!
